The Portal

This Practice Portal acts as a library of different audio, video, and written "lessons" that can guide you through the most common activities that I use in my private holistic health practice.

This Portal started as a way for me to send homework to my clients after a session, but I knew that these activities could be used by anyone in their home. While you may find that you get more out of the full courses that I have written, these activities are ones that you can (and should) be able to do at home with minimal instruction.
