A Note on Scope

My retainer services are designed to manage and elevate your social media presence — but there are a few things that fall outside of that scope that I want to be upfront about.

Retainer packages do not include paid advertising or ad spend, original photography or videography, video editing, website updates or maintenance, SEO strategy, logo or print design, customer service or sales conversations, or platform account recovery.

If you need support in any of these areas, some can be arranged as custom add-ons — just ask! Anything not listed in your signed agreement is considered outside of scope and would be quoted separately.
