What is Reiki?
Reiki is a form of energy healing using the hands to deliver healing energy. It is a technique that aids in the body releasing stress and tension by creating deep relaxation. Reiki harnesses and channels energy into and through energy centers in the body.
USUI HOLY FIRE III
There are many avenues and varieties of learning reiki. We will focus on Usui Holy Fire III.
Holy Fire® Reiki is a new form of Reiki that was introduced by the ICRT. It is both powerful and gentle and provides purification, healing, empowerment and guidance.
Holy Fire® energy is noticeably more refined and comes from a higher level of consciousness.

Reiki Training Benefits
Reiki training is a powerful and unique journey for each person. Level 1 is useful to learn about and be able to channel reiki energy for yourself and immediate family. Level 2 is when you can begin practicing professionally. Level 3 (Master) is for those who wish to enhance their abilities and also train others.
REIKI LEVEL 1 (ATTUNEMENT & SELF AWARENESS)
- Opens up your chakras
- Gently cleanses your system
- Begins to dispel and clear energy blocks as well as toxins in the physical body
- Can be seen as a detoxification process to integrate Reiki energy into physical and other bodies
- A gentle and life-changing process
- This level is all about you, in terms of self-awareness, self-development, and is a powerful method for self-healing.
- Can be used for healing and practice on friends and family (non-professional)
REIKI LEVEL II
- Dive deeper into Reiki understanding
- Receive reiki symbols to bring the universal energy of reiki into everyday life in a practical way
- Strengthen and upgrade your ability to heal and channel Reiki
- Learn how to tune into your intuition, send healing to people you are not physically near, send healing to past and present events
- This level allows you to start seeing clients in-person and online as a reiki practitioner
REIKI LEVEL III/ART/MASTER
- Can be completed 6 months after Level II is completed
- Advanced Reiki training
- A path to self-mastery and spiritual growth that always and continuously unfolds
- Receive the placements of Reiki master symbols
- Can express your calling as a professional teacher
- Find a deeper purpose in Reiki (so it becomes who you are rather than what you do)
- Not only a healing modality, but a spiritual path that leads to liberation and unconditional love
