The Course

With 2 hours of video content and over 2 dozen total lessons, you will have a great overview of different approaches for managing stress and handling anxiety. You will also gain experience in application techniques and strategies so you can use them when you need them. This is an overview course to the material taught in several other courses as part of the Unwind Approach program.
